Beautiful night views of the castle, Relaxing outdoor spaces, Stylishly designed room interiors

The rooms are cramped and don't quite meet expectations for a four-star hotel!!! The hotel's parking fees are excessive compared to nearby options, which can be quite frustrating!!!

We liked the room, it was beautifully decorated for a single chair.

I had a delightful stay! The deluxe room was cozy, and the bathroom was beautifully decorated. Plus, the outdoor seating area was a charming spot to unwind after a long day.

Absolutely loved the location which gave you a front row seat to the walled city. Stylish and well designed outdoor lounge area, great spa and exceptionally well designed suite. I would truly recommend spending a little extra on the junior suite. The hotel did a great job combining style and comfort. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well. All in all - if you want to be near the castle this is the place to stay at. Whilst not cheap, I think this hotel represents excellent value for money.

The units are air-conditioned, fashionable for a single chair.

Ask for additional pillows before settling in. Some rooms have bulky ones that may not be comfortable for all.

Very close to the old town! Beautiful clean, new hotel. Delicious home breakfasts. Big private parking lot. Interesting rooms, each in their own style. Also, there's a big good dog at the reception, he comes to the guests for breakfast and I'm ready to come back just for him!

Not all rooms of the same level come out with windows on the castle: we took two rooms of the same category and one was with a view, other had windows on the back side of the road. Specify that moment. Spa: we need a spa reservation. All spa services are designed for one person, those if you have already booked a massage then the pool and hammam are only at your disposal and there are no other people. if you haven't made the reservation then you won't be able to use the spa.

The location near the historic site is unbeatable. Enjoying breakfast on the terrace with views of the castle was a highlight, especially with the delicious smoked fish on offer. The lack of air conditioning in common areas made lounging uncomfortable, and the small pool area felt a bit overcrowded. The extra charge for parking seemed excessive.

The hotel was neat, the room was nicely decorated and well-equipped and the bed was comfortable. My room included climate control, a private safe, and flat-screen TV. Quiet location prior to flying out of Carcassonne airport, all was lovely. Moreover, it was very close to nowhere to sit apart from the restaurant, and the immediate outskirts...

Well thought-out interesting design - a fine building in an excellent setting. Service relaxed yet efficient. A hotel with a very definite spark - fun to be there.

No facilites for making a cup of tea or coffee in the room. A kettle would have been very good

Intimate hotel, the staff were all amazingly attentive and thoughtful and the location was unbeatable bOOKED IN RESTAURANT. A great selection of food for breakfast, it was great. Location: the venue was very close to many restaurants for dinner and boulangerie for breakfast as well as the hillside with fantastic views of the Chateau Comtal. Everything here was lovely, I will choose the place for future trips.
